Q:  Do you have any tips for storing my belongings?
A:  Yes! With experience comes expertise. When packing and storing your property, keep these things in mind:

  • When packing boxes, fill them completely, stuffing them with newspaper or bubble wrap if necessary. This will prevent the boxes from collapsing when stacked.
  • Cover all mattresses.
  • Cover and treat wood surfaces.
  • Breaking down large items such as tables will save storage space.
  • Store boxes and furniture on boards or pallets – this allows air to circulate underneath to prevent mildew.
