A: No, we do not. You will need to provide your own lock.
Q: Is there a minimum contract length?
A: No – we offer month-to-month leases that can be canceled anytime with 10 days notice.
Q: If I move out in the middle of the month, will I receive any money back?
A: The contract is from the 1st of the month to the 1st of the month, so you would not get any money back.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: No, there is no deposit.

Q: Is there anything I can’t store in my locker?
A: Yes – it’s illegal to store hazardous materials, as well as combustible items, perishable items and waste items. For more details, please give us a call.
Q: Do you insure the contents of my locker?
A: No, we do not. You can check with your insurance agent about coverage, or we have recommendations for thorough, affordable coverage.
Q: Do I need to do anything additional if I’m storing a vehicle?
A: Yes. In order to store your vehicle, we’ll need a copy of the title along with proof of ownership which we keep on file.
Q: Do you have any tips for storing my belongings?
A: Yes! With experience comes expertise. When packing and storing your property, keep these things in mind:
- When packing boxes, fill them completely, stuffing them with newspaper or bubble wrap if necessary. This will prevent the boxes from collapsing when stacked.
- Cover all mattresses.
- Cover and treat wood surfaces.
- Breaking down large items such as tables will save storage space.
- Store boxes and furniture on boards or pallets – this allows air to circulate underneath to prevent mildew.
